Silver Icing was started by an experienced team of fashion veterans in February 2012 and has been rapidly expanding ever since.

We are looking for the right individuals to join our team and help grow Silver Icing into an international brand that is recognized for its quality and value. Our head office is located in beautiful Langley BC. A relaxing and calm environment that allows us to focus and enjoy everyday. All positions will be located at our head office in Langely unless otherwise noted.

Responsibilities

• Create wholesale sales objectives by territory.
  
• Track customer relationships and interactions through our online CRM system.
  
• Research new potential clients, produce potential client call and email lists.
  
• Cold call prospective clients to introduce them to the brand.
  
• Maintain current and new client relationships through phone, mail and email correspondence.
  
• Obtain and manage wholesale orders from both new and current clients.
  
• Daily communication (verbal and written) with the management team on client status and updates.
  
• Pull and pack shipments and samples for deliveries.
  
• Manage the process of shipping (including printing labels, printing packing slips, picking and packing orders and arranging pickup for packages).
  
• Pitch in where help is needed!

• Focused awareness while entering data and a strong attention for details.
  
• Ability to work both independently and in a team effectively.
  
• Effective and concise oral and written communication skills.
  
• Self motivated, happy, positive and excited about the possibility of working for a smaller company and help it grow
  
• Proficient in MS Word, and MS excel
  
• Very familiar and comfortable with the Internet and email programs
  

A car is required as some local travel may be necessary.
