I am wearing my true size 3 in these jeans and oh my word, I can't begin to tell you how amazing they are! They literally feel like leggings, and somehow I feel like they are comfier than any Judy Blue we've had before! I love that they are launching in 3 inseams too! I found the 32" to be my preferred inseam as I will be wearing these mostly with a small heeled boot or a slight platform clog.
