Terms & Conditions

The Stylist Agreement is a legal contract which you must read in its entirety. The document contains terms which affect your legal rights and obligations regarding terms including, but not limited to, the following:

  1. Your role as an independent contractor and not an employee;
  2. Your engagement and legal obligations as an independently contracted Silver Icing Stylist;
  3. Your fees, commissions and any financial obligations as a Stylist;
  4. How this Agreement may be amended and terminated;
  5. The rights of Silver Icing to ownership of its Confidential and Proprietary Information and non-solicitation;
  6. Your indemnity to Silver Icing; and
  7. The governing law of this Agreement.
