Received a piece that isn't working for you?! No prob, here's how to return:



Please note that for hygienic reasons, cosmetic items, Boody Underwear, and Hue Tights are a final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Swimwear must be in unworn and unwashed condition, in its original packaging with the hygienic protection strip in place. Lifestyle products must be unused, unopened, and in sellable condition. If you've received the wrong product or a defective product, please get in touch with us so we can make it right!

To start the return process, contact your Silver Icing Stylist or reach out to our Customer Experience Team at [email protected] or call us at 1-833-28-ICING (42464).

Return Using Our Flat Rate Return Label
Use our return label to send item(s) back to us for a flat rate. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund / credit.

Return Shipping Label: $8.99 flat rate

Combine multiple returns in the same package and save: Return Shipping Label: $8.99 + $3.99 / per additional order

Step 1: Re-pack the items in a secure, waterproof package.
Step 2: Seal the items inside the package, print, and attach the prepaid return label that was generated.
Step 3: Call 1 (800) 463-3339 to schedule a FedEx pickup or drop the package off at your local FedEx outlet.

No printer? No problem!

Step 1: Re-pack the items in a secure, waterproof package.
Step 2: Download and email the FedEx return label pdf document to yourself.
Step 3: Bring the sealed return package with your device containing the email to the FedEx outlet location.
Step 4: Ask the FedEx representative to print the return label for you by forwarding the document to them by email.

Returns item(s) must be unwashed and unworn with all the original hangtags still attached.

Note: All returns must comply with the current return policies listed above.
What if you sent me a faulty item?
Oops! We are so sorry! We process lots of orders every day, and although we have high quality control standards, the odd item can slip through. It's our fault so don't stress, all you need to do is email us at [email protected] when you receive your package, and we will make everything better or at least try our hardest.
