When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?
Order Date is the date that your order was placed online for processing. Ship Date is the date that your order was shipped via FedEx.
What about duties?
For U.S. bound orders, import duties are usually applied to customer shipments totaling over $800 USD. However, certain goods such as those originating from China may not qualify for de minimis exemptions due to recent trade policy changes. For the most up to date information, we recommend reviewing U.S. Customs and Border Protection guidelines or consulting your state's tax office.
