Job Description

We are looking for an energetic receptionist to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The position is full time with regular hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.


Responsibilities
  • Greet customers, receive deliveries, handle pickups/returns and provide exceptional customer service

  • Answer/transfer inbound Head Office calls relating to orders, products and delivery

  • Check inventory for product availability, provide delivery dates and verifying prices for customers

  • Perform other administrative duties, as well as maintaining a tidy, presentable front office area

Requirements
  • Work experience in a front office an asset

  • Proficient with Microsoft office

  • Professional appearance

  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure

  • Must be a fast learner and ability to work alone

  • An interest in fashion an asset
