Silver Icing's Senior Marketing Manager is a full-time in-house position located in our brand-new South Surrey Head Office location. We are a close-knit, hardworking group of people with an emphasis on work/life balance.

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible to lead all marketing initiatives from conception to implementation. The Senior Marketing Manager will develop marketing strategies and assist in the creation and rollout of promotional materials needed to support, train and grow the stylist network. Most importantly, the SMM understands the importance of providing clear communication, delivering a consistent brand message and building relationships with our stylists and customers alike.

Lead the Marketing Team in the creative process and deployment of marketing efforts and campaigns relating to:

• Annual Marketing Calendar


• Product launches


• Stylist recruitment and training


• Stylist engagement


• Brand management & development


• Email communication


• Social media engagement


• Promotional sales


• Work with the Buying Department to develop sales and promotion strategies that compliments the buying calendar


• Develop and provide creative direction to the photography and graphics teams for each product and campaign


• Implement strategies that will help support our superior online shopping experience


• Execute fun and exciting new ways to engage and inspire our Stylists to achieve their individual goals & business objectives


• Develop strategies to utilize social media channels that will help expand and support our existing stylist network


• Immerse yourself into the stylist world, review and listen to marketing-related feedback from Stylists and find ways to incorporate into the SI marketing strategy

• 5+ years of marketing experience


• 2+ years in a management role


• Post-secondary degree in marketing or related field


• E-commerce marketing a plus


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under deadline


• Creative with exceptional attention to detail


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong understanding of social media campaign management


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Social Media sites


• Experience in fashion with either an online or brick and mortar retailer a plus
