Due to COVID-19, our event scheduled for July 2020 at the River Rock in Vancouver has been cancelled. However, there is a silver lining - what is seemingly trying to keep us all apart is actually allowing us to come together like never before! Refresh is going VIRTUAL!

Initially re-imagining Refresh was not an easy task. We just didn't know how we could pull off the same event without us all being in the same room. But then it dawned on us - Refresh has always been an immersive experience so why does that have to change? Well the answer is, it doesn't. Actually, it could be even BETTER. Women across the country connected but not because of physical location, instead connected because of their individual commitment. A commitment they made individually, yet collectively to a specific period of time. Just for them. To listen, learn, reflect and grow both professionally & personally.
