As a Silver Icing Warehouse Associate Team Lead you will assist in helping to ensure the efficient
operation of the warehouse team and environment. Our daily goal is to optimize efficiency, work

The Role
We are looking for full-time Warehouse Associate Team Leads to join our dedicated Warehouse Team Day and
Evening shifts. This role best suited for individuals who have a strong attention to detail,
willing to
learn on the job, adaptable, ability to accept and provide constructive feedback, a systematic approach
to tasks, and a desire to be an positive addition to our talented team.
Responsibilities
You will be cross-trained in multiple roles in our warehouse to uphold our high levels of customer
excellence and quality assurance in all of your tasks:
- Take on "Lead" designated responsibilities and successfully delegate and distribute tasks to fellow
team members on shift
- Physically able to lift & move boxes up to 50lbs
- Able to work in a swift and efficient manner "quick on your feet"
- Pick orders accurately
- Pack orders with care for shipping
- Receive incoming stock
- Count inventory with 100% accuracy
- Apply labels and hangtags
- Move boxes and organize products
- Prepare shipments
- Assist in moving boxes, help build pallets
- Keep warehouse neat and tidy
- Pitch in where help is needed
- Use warehouse management software
Experience
- Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
Schedule
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekends
