IMPORTANT: This is an in-house position out of our South Surrey Head Office location.

As the Visual Stylist your number one goal is to attract the attention of our intended customers with a visual story; through the creation of inspiring looks in both fully styled fashion and appealing photoshoot environments.

You will be responsible to coordinate in-studio and on-location photoshoots, style head-to-toe outfits and stage photo-shooting areas. You will draw from your previous experience and extensive fashion knowledge to develop eye-catching looks for all body types. You will work collaboratively with the Buyers to ensure we produce styled looks that ultimately sell our products and convey our brand message.

• Put together inspiring head-to-toe outfits, using in-stock and presale pieces


• Coordinating with photographers, models and hair and makeup for special projects


• Research and recommend photoshoot locations


• Stage photoshoot areas using appropriate props; sourcing materials that align with the look and vibe we are trying to achieve and convey


• Assist on-shoot by adjusting light, angle and model position to present each outfit in the best way


• Pay attention to the detail; ensuring that the final result is within quality standards and aligns with the desired look &/or campaign


• Return all product used during the photoshoot to the appropriate warehouse designated person


• Develop and maintain good relationships with models, on-location representatives and management


• Keep marketing area organized and tidy


• Assistance with Social Media posting and content creation

• Degree in Fashion Design or relevant field an asset


• Experience as a Photoshoot Stylist, Fashion Stylist or similar role


• Experience with interior design and home décor staging an asset


• Examples of previously created styles for photoshoots is a plus


• Ability to style entire looks in a creative, forward-thinking way


• Up-to-date with the latest fashion trends in clothes, shoes, accessories and makeup


• Excellent organizational & multitasking skills
