How do I earn BF💕Points?

You will earn points on every purchase made during the Black Friday event that runs from Friday, November 17th to Monday, November 27th, 2023.

How many points do I earn?

Points vary between 2-5 points for every dollar spent. You will find the point values under each item listed on the website.

Where do I see the BF💕Points I’ve earned?

Make sure you have an account created and when you’re logged in, you will see your points displayed in a banner at the top of the page.

How long do I have to redeem my BF Points?

BF Points can be redeemed from November 17th to December 5th. After this date, any remaining points will expire.

Do BF💕Points expire?

Yes. You have until December 5 to redeem your points!

How do I redeem my points?

Once you’ve earned your points and are ready to redeem them for free gift(s), you will visit the BF Points page on the website and browse the selection. Once ready, you can add it to your bag and check out. It will automatically use your points for that item at checkout.

What are the reward levels?

There are multiple reward levels where you can choose a free item based on the points you’ve earned. Check out the BF Points page to see the rewards in each level.

Will more free gifts be added to the BF Points page?

Free gifts have limited quantities so some may sell out, but don't worry, we will be monitoring it and may add more if needed!

How does shipping work if I redeem my BF Points?

You can save on shipping fees by combining two or more orders to ship together. At check out, select which order you’d like your free gift(s) to ship with under the Shipping Method. If you have a Stylist, free shipping to them may also be possible.
