Believe me when I tell you these feel exactly like LEVI'S! I was shocked to learn that they are ONLY! They're a mid to higher rise with a thicker, true denim feel, similar to LEVI'S. I am wearing the size 38, which is the size I wear in bottoms if it comes in this size range. These are the perfect shorts for those who love short shorts. Not a super long inseam but a cute frayed hem = the perfect daisy duke style shorts! I would definitely say size up if in between or if you carry your weight in your tummy, bum/thighs.
