Isla is 5 and is wearing the 5/6. As you can see, she has room to grow in it. The 3/4 would just fit but wouldn't offer any room to grow. Kids will be able to layer a hoodie or sweatshirt under their true size.

I really liked this jacket! It’s super comfy and I think it would be so cute for fall. I wore a long sleeve tee underneath and it felt like a great fit for me - not too big & not too small. I can see myself wearing it with boots and a pair of jeans & getting a ton of compliments! I am 11 years old and I wore a size 9/10 in this jacket.
