One word. PERFECTION. You guys, I can't even get over my love for this top. It has me dreaming of sun and spring and everything I am longing for! This is a polyester top but has a smocked from & back top portion and neckline which gives this top so much stretch and versatility! It can be worn on the shoulder with a square neckline, off shoulder AND, get this, the puffy sleeves have elastic cuffs which means I can pull the sleeves up to make it a 3/4 length and they will stay put. The material is lightweight and flowy and everything wonderful! I am wearing the size small and it fits perfectly! Because of the smocking, there is a lot of wiggle room!
