Okay cute is this top! It's like the softest, lightest weight sweater-like top with a cute feminine cut-out back. The sleeves slightly billow out but not overly. I wouldn't call them balloon sleeves. The material is heavenly soft, I can't even express it over the keyboard! It's relaxed in all the right ways without looking loose or sloppy. Stick to your true size for a cute look like this! I am in the size small.

This is the perfect little top that has me dreaming of spring!! The material is lightweight and incredibly soft! Seriously, an absolute dream to wear!
