These are a classic style of jean that I know will pair with absolutely any top you wear with them! Mid-rise, button fly, not as skinny of a leg as the Revolution Denim so I find them comfier! I am wearing my true KanCan size 7 and they fit perfectly. Sometimes I go up to a 9 in KanCan if the rise isn't super high but the 7's didn't bother me. I know the size 9 would also work too. If you want them a bit comfier, size up from your original KanCan, otherwise you are fine to stick true to size.
