This dress is just so romantic and beautiful! It has elastic at the neckline, waist, and cuffs. I love the billowy sleeves and that I could easily wear them on or off the shoulder! It's lined through the body for a bit of extra coverage, and there is a cute tie detail at the waist! I am wearing a 1XL and it's the size I will purchase! I feel like if I wore an XL it would be a bit too small at the chest for me!
