I have to have this dress!!!! This is a cute little mini summer dress from ONLY that makes me feel amazing! I love love love the tiered look! It’s so pretty! The seams at the tiers have stretch too which is fabulous. The little ruffle detail on the sleeve is so fun and the v-neck is perfect for summer. The material is a basic soft and stretchy cotton. I am wearing my true size small and it fits me perfectly. There is room in the body because of the a-line design and I found it to fit perfectly across the chest. If you are quite busty, you would likely be fine to size up for some more room across the chest. I wouldn’t call the material super stretchy but there is some give to it. If you have the Small Town Girl Dress, the material feels the same!
