How pretty is this cute little dress?! It reminds me of the All Things Beautiful Romper! The ruffled hem, adjustable straps, soft v-neckline, it's so cute and beyond comfy! It's not too fitted either, I found the size small to fit me perfect everywhere. There is an elastic line under the bust for added comfort and stretch as well. I am wearing my true size small and found it to be the perfect fit.

I am so excited for this dress! It's Pepper & Zoe, so you know the quality is amazing! It has adjustable straps, elastic waist, and a cute little ruffle at the hem! It's just so cute and flirty, I love this floral print! I am wearing an XL and it fits great, but it feels a bit snug at the bust. Because there is no stretch, I would recommend sizing up if you have a larger bust.
