I am so in love with this top! It's so cute and unique! It's a lightweight blouse fabric with a ruffle sleeve and the fit is amazing. It's not too tight, and although the fabric doesn't have stretch, I did find my true size small to fit well. If I was any bustier, I would size up to allow for more room in the chest.
