We want you to love every piece you order from us. If something isn’t quite right, our return process makes it easy to send it back.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygienic and safety reasons, the following are final sale:
  • Cosmetic items
  • Underwear
  • Hue Tights
  • Gift Cards
  • Stylist Signups
  • Clearance
  • Items ending in .97
Swimwear: Must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with the hygienic protection strip in place.

Lifestyle products: Must be unused, unopened, and in sellable condition.

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

Condition of Returned Items
To make sure we can process your return quickly, please send back items that are:
  • New and unused
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • With all original tags attached
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We’re happy to help with exchanges whenever possible!

Email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How to start a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  1. Go to your Stylist or account history to locate the order you'd like to return.
  2. Select View Order, then click Return Items in the top right and enter the reason.
  3. Select a Canada Post (CP) or FedEx return label.
    A return label will be generated and a RMA number will be created for your reference.
 
Return Shipping Options
Flat Rate Return Label
  • $8.99 flat rate (deducted from your refund/credit)
  • Combine multiple orders in one package and save: $8.99 + $3.99 per additional order
Steps (for return with a prepaid label)
  • Re-pack items in a secure, waterproof package.
  • Attach the prepaid return label.
  • Drop it off at any Canada Post outlet or FedEx location.

No printer?

We can send a Canada Post QR code to your email. Just show it at Canada Post and they’ll print your label.

(Note: valid for Canada Post only and QR codes expire after 30 days. Make sure to drop off your return before then.)
