THE ROLE
We are looking for a full-time Customer Experience Team Member to join our amazing Team. Amazing customer
experience is our number one priority. Our goal is to connect with our customers on an authentic level,
providing quick, personal and accurate information that leaves every customer feeling like they are our
number one priority.
This role is best suited for someone with strengths in written and verbal communication, as well as
efficient time management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Successfully resolve customer questions or concerns, and where appropriate, provide training and support
Communicate via telephone and email with customers in a sensitive and friendly manner
Using our CRM program, compose personalized responses to a variety of customer requests
Identify trends in customer issues and provide insight to the rest of the team and supporting departments
Process returns in an as-received priority
Perform quality inspections of returned items
When necessary, assist the warehouse with restocking inventory and packaging orders
Support the creation or updates of department procedures, policies and training documents
Communicate with key stakeholders to resolve customer issues and requests with a sense of priority
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous customer service experience
Ability to multi-task and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Takes initiative and is keen to help out where needed
Detail-oriented
Organized and methodical
Computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook and internet-based programs
Interest in fashion is an asset

This role is a full-time, in-house full-time position out of our South Surrey Head Office.
