I am obsessed with this tiered skirt!!!!!!! The material is medium-weight, soft and flowy. It's thick enough that it's definitely not sheer. The waistband is stretchy but not overly tight which makes it super comfy and flattering. I love pulling this skirt up to be a dress too! It totally works! Add a belt and boom, you now have a dress! I am wearing the size Small and it fits well. I don't think I would size up as I don't want it to slip down. I personally like to wear it a little higher on my waist.

I LOVE maxi skirts in the summer! They are so cute and fun, but the real winner is that I can add some Under The Dress Shorts or bike shorts underneath! This tiered skirt is so fun, I just feel like twirling! The material is soft and stretchy and I know will be perfect for spring or a warm summer day! The waistband is elastic and very comfortable to wear! While yes, this is labelled as a skirt, wearing it like a dress is just as fabulous! I didn't find the elastic tight or uncomfortable when worn this way either! I am wearing an XL and I love how it fits! I would say this skirt is true to size!
