We provide an Instagram messaging automation tool for our network of independent Stylists who sell fashion products through social media. If you, as a Stylist, sign up for automated link sharing through your Instagram Business account on our Gimmea page, with your explicit authorization, we will access the following basic account information from the connected account(s):

• Username or handle
• Profile picture

We only access your basic account information to confirm the connection was successful and display which account is linked in our platform. We retrieve your public Instagram posts so you can view them in your secure Stylist Back Office dashboard (www.silvericing.com/stylists). You can then select which posts you wish to activate with automated messaging for more personalized communication with your customers.

When a customer shares one of your Instagram posts, our system will send the customer a pre-written message that you, as a Stylist, created through the Gimmea platform. This message typically consists of a courtesy thanks the sharing customer and provides a link to product information or a discount code.

We do not collect or retain private messages, comments, posts, emails, or any other sensitive or personal content from your connected Instagram Business account.

This information is used solely to facilitate link sharing with a Stylist's personalized automated messaging. It is used for discreet marketing to Instagram users who share specific Instagram Business posts that have automated messaging activated, and it is not shared with third parties, with the exception of trusted service providers that help us operate this process.

We may retain this information as long as necessary to evaluate signups, support future program decisions, or consider potential re-engagement opportunities. You may request deletion of this data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. You may also revoke our access to your connected account(s) through your Instagram platform settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our website, fulfill orders, deliver customer support, send communications, and advertise our products.

We may use your contact information to show you relevant ads on platforms like Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, based on your interactions with our site, such as making a purchase, signing up for emails, or applying to our Stylist/Creator Program. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. All Custom Audience data is securely uploaded and processed in accordance with the advertising platform’s privacy protocols, including hashing and restricted access.
