The Role
We are looking for a full-time Junior Customer Service Assistant. The successful applicant will work closely
with the warehouse team to ensure all in-house customer pickups are received and organized as quickly as
possible. This role is best suited for someone with strengths in organization and can maintain a tidy
environment. This role will work closely with the Receptionist to develop and maintain an efficient pickup
method to consistently provide exceptional, timely customer service.
Responsibilities
A summary of role responsibilities includes but are not limited to:
Transfer all local pickups to the front customer service area
Location assign local pickups in the organizational system provided
Assist with product returns, exchanges and try-on's
Assist with restocking inventory as returns are processed
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience an asset
Ability to multi-task and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented
Computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook and internet-based programs
