As the Silver Icing UI and Interface Designer, your role in the Product team is to create high-fidelity mock-ups of varying internal and external digital properties. You have a very strong design acumen, and understand the user experience and interface planning beyond front-end web design. Your attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication skills and your ability to translate business processes into a visual experience will be your greatest strengths. You accept constructive criticism well and work well in a team and collaborative environment. You are responsible for producing and delivering all graphic assets needed for the product development team and other departments as requested. Additional duties may include graphic creation, photoshop work and other digital / graphic asset creation as required.

IMPORTANT: THIS IS A FULL-TIME IN-HOUSE POSITION AT OUR HEAD OFFICE.

• Create high-fidelity mock-ups based on business and product requirements


• Translate abstract user stories into interface designs that are intuitive and consistent with the Silver Icing brand


• To work with other designers and marketing personnel to develop and ensure brand consistency and quality across various properties and collateral


• To deliver graphic assets in a program such as: Figma, Invision, or Sketch


• Create custom icons as interface assets as needed


• Develop brand identity documentation and standards


• Present interface and design solutions to various stakeholders as required


• Pitch in where help is needed

• Interface design skills


• Experience with web application interface design


• Experience with mobile app and responsive design


• Ability to create assets interactive prototypes


• An eye for best design practices ability to spot current design trends
