As a Silver Icing Warehouse Forklift Operator you will assist in helping to ensure the efficient

Role
We are looking for full-time Warehouse Forklift Operator. This role best suited for individuals who have
a strong attention to detail, willing to learn on the job, adaptable, ability to accept and provide
constructive feedback, a systematic approach to tasks, and a desire to be an positive addition to our
talented team.
Responsibilities
You will be cross-trained in multiple roles in our warehouse to uphold our high levels of customer
excellence and quality assurance in all of your tasks:
Receive, organize and palletize inventory
Load and unload boxes from trucks and trailers
Operate carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, order pickers, and other equipment to move large
quantities of product
Climb and descend stairs
Maintain internal record-keeping systems
Other general warehouse tasks as required
Some basic assembly duties
Pick orders accurately
Pack orders with care for shipping
Receive incoming stock
Count inventory with 100% accuracy
Apply labels and hang tags
Move boxes and organize products
Pick orders accurately
Pack orders with care for shipping
Prepare shipments
Assist in moving boxes, help build pallets
Keep warehouse neat and tidy
Pitch in where help is needed
Use warehouse management software
Qualifications
Warehouse Forklift experience *REQUIRED*
Experience with Class 2 Bendi Narrow Forklift ideal
E-commerce picking and packing experience is a plus
Ability to multi-task and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Organized and methodical
Detail-oriented
Good math skills
You enjoy and can handle repetitive tasks
You can lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
Physically fit and able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
Comfortable with computers, tablets and scanning guns
Able to receive constructive feedback and redirection to adjust accordingly and succeed in your
role
You must have reliable transportation to and from work to be considered for this role
MUST be fluent in written and spoken English
Job Duties
Load and unload trucks
Move and stack materials
Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials as needed
Rotate floor stock
General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned
Follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures
Use warehouse management software
Receive/process shipments
Perform proper forklift inspection, minor servicing and repairs as necessary
