• Communicate directly to our customers to track bugs, take feature requests, and release patch notes


• Work with team members and department leaders to review and develop product solutions, as well as determine priority levels


• Responsible for implementation, integration and testing of relevant product system changes


• Lead product status meetings to provide feedback, receive input, and outline expectations and confirm product timelines


• Responsible for all project related updates, keeping cross departmental communication open and consistent


• Responsible to develop, and oversee product improvements, both within the website user experience and internal processes and any other related communication channels


• Responsible for leading the documentation process to ensure information relating to project improvements, updates to policies and/or procedures are readily available and kept current

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager (in an IT environment preferred)


• Degree or Diploma in IT recognized designation


• Keen interest in simplifying and improving the User Experience


• Strong strategic and analytical thinker and doer


• Create and provide the design mockup of product improvements, in a clear concise format

• 8:30AM – 4:30PM
