The Role
We are looking for an energetic Receptionist who is great on the phone and even better in person. You want to
interact with our community and build authentic relationships. You have a proven ability to perform a variety
of administrative and clerical tasks. You are proactive, take initiative and genuinely want to provide a
positive, memorable customer experience. The position is full time with regular hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Monday to Friday.
Manage our CSM platform, delegating emails and tasks to the appropriate person/department
Answer/transfer inbound Head Office calls relating to orders, products and delivery
Check inventory for product availability, provide delivery dates and verifying prices for customers
Perform other administrative duties, as well as maintaining a tidy, presentable front office area
Qualifications
Work experience in a front office an asset
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Professional appearance
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure
Must be a fast learner and ability to work alone
An interest in fashion an asset
