The Role
We are looking for full-time Warehouse Associate Team Leads to join our dedicated Warehouse Team Day and
Evening shifts. This role best suited for individuals who have a strong attention to detail,
willing to
learn on the job, adaptable, ability to accept and provide constructive feedback, a systematic approach
to tasks, and a desire to be an positive addition to our talented team.
Responsibilities
You will be cross-trained in multiple roles in our warehouse to uphold our high levels of customer
excellence and quality assurance in all of your tasks:
Take on "Lead" designated responsibilities and successfully delegate and distribute tasks to fellow
team members on shift
Physically able to lift & move boxes up to 50lbs
Able to work in a swift and efficient manner "quick on your feet"
Pick orders accurately
Pack orders with care for shipping
Receive incoming stock
Count inventory with 100% accuracy
Apply labels and hangtags
Move boxes and organize products
Prepare shipments
Assist in moving boxes, help build pallets
Keep warehouse neat and tidy
Pitch in where help is needed
Use warehouse management software
Available Shifts
NIGHT SHIFT: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
AFTERNOON/EVENING SHIFT: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
DAY SHIFTS: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM / 7:30AM - 4:00 PM
Qualifications
Warehouse experience preferred
E-commerce picking and packing experience is a plus, training provided
Ability to multi-task and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Organized and methodical
Detail-oriented
Good math skills
You enjoy and can handle repetitive tasks
You can lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
Physically fit and able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
Comfortable with computers, tablets and scanning guns
Able to receive constructive feedback and redirection to adjust accordingly for success in your
role
You must have reliable transportation to and from work to be considered for this role
Must be fluent in verbal in written English
Job Duties
Load and unload trucks
Move and stack materials
Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials as needed
Rotate floor stock
General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned
