This skirt is so pretty, I loved everything about it the moment I put it on. The chambray is so soft and I love the slight ruffle! It gives it such a fun touch. The tie is functional so you are able to adjust a top layer of fabric but the waistband of the skirt itself is elastic. There is no stretch but I wasn't missing it. I am wearing the size S in studio but wore the M outdoors. I thought both fit me fine, the only difference being the S was fitted in the bum area. If you carry your weight in your bum/hips, size up!
