eligible for returns. Swimwear must be in unworn and unwashed condition, in its original packaging with the hygienic protection strip in place. If you’ve received the wrong product or a defective product, please

Return Using Our Flat Rate Return Label
Use our return label to send item(s) back to us for a flat rate. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund / credit.
Return Shipping Label: $8.99 flat rate
Combine multiple returns in the same package and save:
Return Shipping Label: $8.99 + $3.99 / per additional order
Step 1: Re-pack the items in a secure, waterproof package.
Step 2: Seal the items inside the package, print, and attach the prepaid return label that was generated.
Step 3: Drop the package off at a Canada Post Outlet.
No printer? No problem! A QR code* can be sent to your email inbox. Bring it up on your phone when you arrive at Canada Post and they will print you a return label on demand.
*QR codes expire after 30 days, make sure your package has been received by Canada Post before the expiry date.
Returns item(s) must be unwashed and unworn with all the original hangtags still attached.

What if you sent me a faulty item?
Oops! We are so sorry! We process lots of orders every day, and although we have high quality control
the odd item can slip through. It's our fault so don't stress, all you need to do is email us at
you receive your package, and we will make everything better or at least try our hardest.
