Holy moly, this jumpsuit is it!! It has an elastic neckline that sits so beautifully off the shoulder! The wide leg really makes these feel elegant! The waistband has both elastic and a tie to cinch in a bit as well! The material is lightweight and flowy, I feel incredible wearing this! I am in an XL and it's the size I will purchase!
