These are beyond comfortable!!! They're an incredibly high-quality shoe with the comfort to match. Comfortable inner sole, very sturdy rubber sole and trim and the sides are a thick, almost cushiony material. The material isn't leather, it's like a mix between a faux leather and suede. They are soft but will be fine in rain. I am wearing my true size 39 and loved the fit. I have wider size 8 feet and the 39 was perfect on me.
