All returned products are subject to inspection and approval before any refund or exchange transactions. Returns and exchanges must be unwashed and unworn with all the original hangtags still attached. Proof of payment must accompany the product(s) at the time of return or exchange. In order for us to process your return/exchange, we ask that you to go to your account in the Silver Icing online store and retrieve your order. Click the bolded Need to return this product? located next to the item that you wish to return. This will bring up the Return a Product form.
Select the count of items to be returned, the reason for return and the preferred refund method. Extra information and a further description of the reason for return can be entered into the Additional Comments box. Click on the Confirm button at the bottom of the form. Your RMA number will then be displayed which is used to track your return.
You should ship your return with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid as customers are responsible for any charges associated with returned item(s). We do not accept COD shipments. Once the returned package has been received then your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days and you will be notified by email when this occurs.
When an item is exchanged for store credit we will provide you with a coupon number that you can use as a credit for our online store. If a product is being exchanged for another product we will ship the replacement product and you will be notified by email. If there is a cash or credit refund due then a refund will be processed in the original payment form. You will be notified immediately via email as soon as we process your refund or exchange. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process a refund once they have received the information from us. A refund may not show up in your credit card statement until your card's next monthly billing cycle.
