This blouse makes me feel like a million bucks! It's flowy, lightweight and has a very elegant look! The body sits away from you making it breezy and comfortable. The fluttery sleeves are gorgeous and give it a fancy touch. I love the tie in the back too. I am wearing my true size small and it fits great. It is not a fitted style but I wouldn't size down. A great fancier top!
